Got some NICE shots earlier tonight! These were ALL in series! Each one was after the other.. The 4 best shots out of about 30.. Right next to each other too!!! Was messing around with different timing also, trying to maybe not get such a streak of color, but these came out better than I thought..

No real PS involved... one hit of sharpening just to get it a LITTLE clearer..

NO tripod! :D:D

^ TRUST me... It's takes a LOT of getting used to!!! This is my first DSLR, and I've had it for about 3 months.. It seems to take really phenomenal pics when it wants to.. It can be frustrating, but just take a LOT of pictures and find the good ones.. Like I said, I took 30 of the fireworks and these were the GOOD ones.. If you get frustrated, just put the camera down for about a week.. Just go out and shoot a lot of whatever to get the hang of it.. It was about a month of random shooting for me to get the feel of what it likes.
Trust me, I get frustrated... This thread may help you.. http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=94802
