2 London Shots

My first post here - any thoughts on these shots would be gratefully received. The first was taken on the London Underground, the second is a fairly classic Houses of Parliament shot, although I thought the little boat gave it a fairly good sense of scale.

    excellent compo on number !
    like the boat in number two but wish it was off to the left more.

    Andy, you are quite right about that boat, I just wasn't quite quick enough with the camera!

    I like the first one a lot, and I agree with Andy on the second. It's hard to get much WOW factor in shots of buildings that have been shot 2 million times.

    I really like the first image, the high contrast looks great and the placement of the two ladies is well balanced. I think the second might need a tad more contrast but it's just my view of it. I like high contrast for black and white photos.
