I saved my first shot from Zion for the last to be processed. It set the mood for my whole trip. :thumb

Thanks Awais. I'm a little surprised. I figured if I got bit on anything, it'd be the red. :)

Thanks. I think if I ever get back there, once or a thousand times, I'll remember the first everytime.

I was going to say green and red rolleyes1.gif

Noticed the red on the branch to the right and the upper parts of both canyon walls to the rt 3rd.

man- you sure get around the southwest thoughdeal.gif I am a tad bit jealous of that!

Awais, I had the 'color' wife check it out. You're right. I'll tone it down when I get back.

Aaron, the red on the branch is mud.

    Gotta run, Thanks again!

I'm getting jealous of all the great places you go to Walter. I really enjoyed Zion while I was there a couple years ago. I like your comp on this one, just tone down the greens and reds and you'll be good to go. Hope you're well.

Lovely photo! I would tone down the saturation in the canyon walls itself as well as the trees, and leave it alone in the river if possible. If possible, maybe bring out the horizontal lines on the canyon walls a little more as well since they really lead the viewer into the photo.

I'm really enjoying your work. Helps keep me inspired!:ivar

    Thanks Aaron, Nick, GJ.

Sorry about the delay in response. I went to San Diego for a few days and have been playing a big game of catch up.

I like the semi-local travel, but it's slowing way down for me. There's still so much to see. I feel like I've wasted my time at the places I've been. How weird.
