She lives with her grandma. Father is far away. Mother works in another town...
She has a lot of toys and dolls, but she needs something more..

Man, I feel like having a good cry after seeing these ones.rolleyes1.gif She really has her soul in her eyes on those first few. Wish I could snuggle her and make her know how special she is...

Excellent work as always. Loved these ones so much.

I'm fairly new to this forum, and they are many talented photographers here. But I'm a in love with the first picture. It's totally amazing, from the sepia to the sadness of her eyes. I think that picture would have been even more captivating if you used a wide angle lense to lead where she was looking at. But still, one of my favorites. Great work Yuri!

***Edit*** Yuri, would you mind if I saved the picture to add it to my photo collection?

For as many years as I've been around dpreview and smugmug your portraits have been the most consistently excellent work I've seen. You are a gifted man. Thank you for sharing that gift.

#1 is just stunning. The small amount of detail you gave at the top about her and this shot brought a tear to my eye. Her hair blowing in the wind...just beautiful. :cry
