Remove "SmugVault" from the gallery Tools menu?

Hey all - I wasn't sure if this should be considered a Bug Report or Feature Request, so please feel free to move the post if necessary.

Would it be possible to remove the SmugVault entry from the Gallery Tools select box if the user hasn't signed up for that service? For those of us who are not SmugVault customers, it just clutters up that menu and to be honest, it seems a little "pushy" perhaps? Maybe I'm reading into it too much? :dunno
