Best DPI for printing?

W=at what DPI should I upload to my Smuggy page so I get the best quality prints that I can? 300? 200? 100? 72? my cam shoots jpeg at 72 DPI, should all my uploads be 72 dpi? does it really matter print quality wise if they are 72 or 300 dpi?
