Well this was my first baby shoot. Her names Trinity. i used natural light, threw a bed sheet over a chair and sat her down in it. It was an experience trying to keep her eyes looking at the camera, and she kept doing this krinkly nose thing. I only kept 5 out of the 40 something shots i took, but im pleased with them. This is a family friends daughter and i was doing it for fun/experience, so have at me

I think these are well done. The light is good, the background isn't distracting, you got some good expressions. My only thought is perhaps next time you could hang out a little longer while the baby is playing to get some shots of her in different positions and interacting with a toy like that duck.

Anyway, I find kid photos to be much more difficult than engagement or senior photos. Nevertheless, unpredictability can be rewarding sometimes.

ill keep that in mind for next time. We were doing this outside near an open pool, so i didnt want her out of the chair since she might run into the water, so my workspace was limited to just the chair
