Recently we were fortunate enough to go on a Seattle - Alaska cruise. At one port (Victoria, BC) the winds were too strong for us to make it safely into the harbor, so while we were stuck offshore waiting for instructions, a group of seagulls came alongside to mooch for handouts.

Here's one of our visitors:

You'll have to show us the rest of your cruise. Nice shot.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

How about a little burn/multiply in the head area? Otherwise a National Geographic worthy shot, IMHO....well done.

    Thanks!

Actually, I've got a couple of SmugMug galleries with a handful of photos from the cruise -- unfortunately server problems on SM's end of things keep me from uploading more images for the time being. Still, here are some more to check out:

    http://tinyurl.com/5ogkyg (Seattle pix)

    http://tinyurl.com/5vlpbl (at sea)

    http://tinyurl.com/5v75u4 (in Alaska)

I've been doing PP work on the cruise pictures on-and-off for a few weeks; there'll be more in the galleries as soon as SmugMug gets their database issues straightened out...
