How to delete category presets?

I'm looking for the way to delete all of those annoying category presets that come standard with the SM account. They make it difficult for me to locate the categories that I have created and I don't use them at all. I thought I could delete them via Categories> Delete Categories but annoyingly they don't appear in the categories list. There must be something like 30 of them, so I'm sure I'm not the only person looking to delete all of that so I can find the categories that I really want.

I ran a search for this and didn't come up with anything, so if there's another thread that I didn't find please point me to it.

This has been asked before.

There isn't any way to delete the default categories. You might want to put your request in the features request thread.
