Photo "templates" possible?

Hey all,
I've been searching for a way to provide some sort of photo overlay to our photos.
For example, if we had a bunch of photos for a client, and they wanted to order a photo that looked as if they were on a magazine, then they could combine their photo with the "overlay" magazine logo and cover info and then order that photo.
Or even if it were something like appearing on a baseball card or something similar.
Obviously we can do that sort of thing in Photoshop but we're trying to take the manual labor out of it.
Does anyone know if SmugMug has this capability? Thanks for any help.
