#4 is very good. I feel like the focus/depth of field is a little off on some of the others. The focus and color in #4 is great.

Thanks, I've been working with the DOF and trying to get enough light to stop down enough to get more than just a sliver in focus.

Are you using a tripod? It's really a must for shooting macros. The higher the magnification, the more you need the tripod.

Yes I have a Manfrotto 190CXPRO4 and a 322RC2 head.
