123-reg CNAME help

I wonder if someone could assist.
I have just upgraded my account and want to enable domain forwarding. I use 123-reg and have looked through the help file on their site and on here and just want to make sure I have this correct.
I have disabled web-forwarding at 123-reg and in the DNS page I have added:
www.mydomain.co.uk CNAME www.smugmug.co.uk
Do I need to change the A records that are there which are currently:
@ A 194.154.164.82
www. A 194.154.164.82
I presume that these are 123-reg's own servers? Do I need to change the nameservers?
I have changed my Custom Hostname on my Smugmug account, but I get the message:
"Warning: That hostname doesn't resolve to SmugMug. This may cause problems with your custom hostname setting. See our help section on"
