I Saw -A- Fly today

GOLDENORFE

found these green sawflys while walking the dog last night.
i think it is Tenthredo mesomelas. they just wont stay still long enough,constantly moving. did best i could.

i presume this is a sawfly, not an ichneuman.

Excellent series Phil - amazing colour on that first sawfly. Think your query bug is a sawfly but they can look so much like wasps sometimes.
