Customize purchase options

Hey all

Can I turn on or off specific items in the purchase menus. e.g. if I only want large format printing and no small ones can I disable the small ones from showing up. When I eventually set up my selling portion I only want to offer certain products as at the moment there are too many options for me.

Tony - if you $0.00 the item it will not appear as an option to buy.
