Trouble with header

I'm helping a friend of mine with her SmugMug site and we are having a really bad problem with her header occasionally showing up in FF3 and Safari... not at all in Explorer.

I searched through dgrin and saw the part about turning external link on and not password protecting the gallery it's in. I did that and it's still not working. Is it possible that you could give us more instruction on how to fix this pesky problem? It would greatly be appreciated by all.

The image does not show here with FF2 or IE6 even with the direct link.

Are you sure that the key is correct? It's case sensitive.

Also... it does seem to be a periodic problem as far as FF and Safari are concerned. When I'm logged in, I can see them on the site. Once I logout, I can still see them. When I go to the page first thing in the morning after being logged off, they are gone.

There is also one for the gallery. It is not used in the CSS except for links like in your banner.

You have a direct link to the gallery page with the banner photo?
Can be in an unlisted gallery but no password and not checked "hide".

I think I figured out what was wrong. In the hidden stash gallery, even though it was not password protected and it was checked to share with external links, I noticed that underneath the large image, the hide box was checked. I've unchecked that and I'm hoping that has fixed it. Still need to check with Explorer and other browsers.
