    redacted
I am unable to login, and my url redirects to the generic Smugmug site.

I have confirmed this with other pro account users.

Phew - thought it was someone hacking my account and screwing my login.

Hope it gets fixed pronto as I've got some buyers waiting...

I have no access to controls. I assume this is part of the problem and will be corrected soon? Thanks!

I've had an upload going since early this morning and it says it's still uploading but the gallery only contains 97 of the 200 or so uploaded photos, should I just cancel and wait for the resolution? This will be the third time in the last three times I've uploaded a large number of photos that I've had problems.

12:46 on the East Coast can't get into either account........wow this is like the second time I've had problems with Smugmug since signing up. Left another web site to avoid such.

I was also uploading when the servers went down. I was uploading via LR PlugIn, and it just cut me right off.

I'm using the Java based, simple uploader or whatever it's called where it displays all the thumbnails. It says it's still uploading, but I don't know where they're going.

Hi Twisted, sorry for that! Well, it's really rare here. Extremely so in the past couple years in fact! We don't like it, no not at all. Sorry.

I know you guys are working hard on it, but any idea how long this is gonna take for everything to be back up?

Hmmm. I'm still down. I get pictures but no control of any kind.

Still working on it? Am I the only one?

Better, but not coherent, it seems! My SmugMug site is fully functional even if I am not...

    Thanks again,
