    This is one of those photos where an off-level horizon actually adds to the image. The storm clouds and wind drama really make it work. Awesome shot! thumb.gif

    Thank you so much for appreciating my shot and visiting my website :D

    I usually shoot in RAW, in this case I made to different versions of the shot, one with the foreground nicely exposed another with the clouds looking more dramatic. Then I combined the shots using layer masks... To get the tones I tend to experiment around ... mostly I make a adjustment layer in a different tone (BW, sepia or any other) and then I use blending modes (overlay, multiply aso) to get a nice effect... all in all it's really just playing around a bit. :-)

    Will check out the website later, but that shot is awesome. I would agree it remindds me of all the 300 TV trailers!

    Ditto the rest...great shot. It will make you look twice...or three times. The coloring and the scene match perfectly. Way to go.
