When should I not use a polarizer outdoors?

Are there times when taking outdoor shot in sunlight where I wouldn't want to use a polarized filter? I haven't noticed any time where the filter negatively affects the photo, even in lower light such as sunset.

You generally lose at least a couple of F-stops with a polarizer. If you like the effect, I guess it comes down to whether you have the desired shutterspeed/aperture combination that you desire.
