Orange (yet another tease)
I got to participate in a multi-model multi-photog shoot in a multi-million dollar mansion in Orange city.
Here's a view of an entrance hall
I set up my 3 AB lights in a playroom, complete with a pool table and a wet bar, and basically spent all the time there, with just one quick deviation to a grand stairway.
Below are a few drafts (no processing done yet):

Back to salt mines... I owe you guys 3 shoots already...:rolleyes

Stay tuned, I'm 50% done with Shade:-)
As they say, if you stare long enough you will notice the pool table:-)
Were there set up lights are were you using all the available light? Inquiring minds want to know. *shoves mic in face*
The wine one is unintentionally funny. Like she could drink all that and keep standing. Product placement....
Interesting with these group things. I think I'm going to a fashion/tat shoot on the 26th, any tips for me?

Uhm, thank you, I guess I did a decent job
As per Joe McNally, I used available light, i.e. all the light that was frigging avaialble. Which, in my case consisted of two grided/barndoored AB800s on the sitcks as rim lights and one AB400 on a boom with grided 1x2 collapsible softbox as the main light. All triggered by PWs.
Uhm, there was still about 0.5L of wine in that bottle, she'd be rather "warm" (as we used to say in Russia) if she'd finished it all at once.
If you want your life be simpler, simply get your speedlite off camera on the bracket and shoot away. I prolly wouldn't get three lights if I didn't have an assistant.
"All the friggin light available" I like it. I would personally tote around a star. A real one, or the ones from carebears... seems they would be mighty handy. And he could make everyone share.
She'd be dead. Not warm. Dead... but possibly still warm since she just died of alcohol poisoning. True about the cheap wine, that's why I said "product placement ."
I wish I could buy a speedlight and if I wasn't friggin sick for two weeks straight I could have bought one. :cry Instead I get to buy my 50mm lens because I had some last minute sales. So, at least I get something out of my 2nd job profits.
Photography is irritatingly expensive. Like, scabies are irritating.

Dead after 0.5L of *wine*? Well, may be, considering she may not have russian training. 0.5 of vodka gets you into the groove definitely, albeit she's a female, and female body tolerance to strong liqours is notorious (more body fat or something like that - tried and tested).
I'm not sure which side of the war my friend will be toting that day, she has both canon and nikon. She's a hybrid.
