Guestbook - comments

Hello,

I created a simple guestbook for my website. People are making comments on my galleries but at the same time there are asking some questions. Is there any function that allows me to respond to their question in the guestbook? Because as the owner of the site I can only make seperate comment. How can I convert it so that it would be possible to make specific permalink to the previous comment?
