Uploading Problem Today

I'm trying to upload a few hundred photos to my gallery today using Picasa uploader, but I keep getting 0 file uploaded. So I try uploading a few files (around 12MB) at a time but it's still hit and miss. I run the connection speedtest from here to the smugmug.net site and it looks ok. Is there anything I can do to make this work, or I just have to wait a while since it's out of my control?

    Sorry you are having problems. Lets see if we can get them fixed.

    Sign up and run the test (registration there is free). After you run the test, copy the link to the results for us. That will let us know if there is an issue with the line preventing photos from arriving to our servers. Post up the link to the results when you get them. Thanks!

    I configured my McAfee Security Center to allow ICMP ping requests but the test keeps saying my ip address is not pingable. Thanks for looking into this.
