Hey there all of you in challenge land. As many of you know, she has been advising and judging all the new v2.0 challenges so far, and doing a fantastic job!

We are very lucky to have her - she's full of energy, motivation, and ideas to try and make the challenges bigger and better. And it couldn't come at a better time... I'm getting busier and it seems the challenges are losing a bit of momentum. I have bestowed some super powers on Emily and she's going to become even more involved, vocal, and public with her ideas very soon.
:deal

So without further a due, think fondly of Shay, but now join me in welcoming our new challenge leader: Emily!
:clap :clap :clap

That's right everyone, I'm planning on speeding things up and spicing them up! mwink.gif

These challenges are going to get you out of your comfort zone, make you try things new (or perhaps things you don't typically consider), and be geared towards change and growth. Don't plan on a flow to the themes...they are designed to be unexpected, yet inspiring.

As such, do expect my critiques to be a little more harsh. eek7.gif You'll never grow if all you ever hear is "Great capture. Neat idea." Technically, your shots should excel. A fantastic idea will never be fully appreciated if it is poorly executed. On the same level, a technically superior image with little creative content won't get far either.

Stay tuned for a more details on the format, but in the meantime, start shooting for Challenge # 2.4 - Photo Filters!wings.gif

Where should the bribes be sent and in what denomination do you prefer?

Ah, good question, that is one super power I haven't given away. And for good reason, would you want a new challenge mod that can be bribed?

Please continue to make all bribe notes to the order of "doctorit".

    thanks lol3.gif

They couldn't have picked a better person for the job. Your comments have been fair, clear and to the point. Thanks for taking up the challenge of trying to keep us all happy! (you know it isn't going to happen, but you do certainly try). Good luck and I hope you get to shoot and participate along with us soon.

Thank you! Negative comments are typically hard to hear, especially when there's truth behind them. But I have learned that it makes you much more diligent in the future. It's all about keeping you on your toes. :D

Good girl, Emily. Don’t know where you get the energy from.
I wish you all the best in your new challenge.
Maybe I’ll get back into it after the summer.
    Seems like you have already put some new live into this challenge. <img src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6029383/emoji/thumb.gif&quot; border="0" alt="" > <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>
