Help me in Posing Tip and tricks...

Hi friend.. I like to take portfolio for make model, recently he got an opportunity to act in a movie so... i need to show him has a real hero.. so help me in posing... how can i ask him to pose ?? is there any smart way or rules or tip or any easy tricks... please mind to share with me and to other reading this thread.
