    Andy,

Could you enlighten me as to who Simon Bennett is? headscratch.gif

Apologies for my ignorance. I'm relatively new to this whole photography world...

It doesn't take much to pique my interest these days.

So, I did a google and came up with this website. Is this your guy, Andy?

    Agreed
    Hey Andy,
I agree - Simon should come over - seems like a cool forum.
Unfortunately, you have unwittingly ended up getting me over here!

    Hello Dgrin...
... you've officially made my month. *grin* Thankyou.

Revcoman - that's not my website... mine's currently being re-worked. The url is:

    www.dreamingeye.com

... but I've removed all content.

Here's a link to some of my work that's still online (the military stuff is another person with the same name):

I recognise a few people here already and I'm looking forward to getting to know the rest of you. Thanks for such a warm welcome... that's so cool.

    Simon.

Thanks, Andy. That's my beautiful wife in the shower. We were just goofing around while I was taking a break from shooting. About an hour after taking that shot I quickly put together the photo you started this thread with.

Here's one that didn't make the grade...

    dsc019025hh.jpg

... it almost achieved what I was trying to create, but not quite. Landscape worked better as an orientation though I prefer the playful expression in some of the portrait oriented shots.

Glad you like the photo... works on quite a few levels for me too.

If you think that's scary you have to see it in real life. Horrific just horrific. rolleyes1.gif

Love the wife in the shower shot. We should all know how to animate our avatars, Andy?????

If we are members of dgrin, can we know how to animate our avatars?
So far I am promising that you will give free rib dinners to people who join.

    m

Seriously, I like both of those shower shots. Almost like the vert best, both great.
After all is said and done, it is the sweet tea.
