Do your friends have trouble loading your smugmug page?

I really want to know if any other smugmug members are having this problem. A lot of my friends say they can not load my smugmug site (it's at http://baboo.smugmug.com) -- the latest guy to complain about it said he had the latest version of Internet Explorer and it was set to accept all cookies.
ARGH. This is getting really frustrating. I love the unlimited space at smugmug, but now it is looking like I will have to go with some other site (and pay more money and get less out of it @#$%...)
The only reason I paid for smugmug was to have a stable, pop-up free place to host lots of pictures....
Well, I'd like to know from smugmug members here if your friends have made similar complaints.
I should add that the site always works for me, whether I connect from work or home.

I have never had any trouble. Your site loaded very quickly with no problems.

I just have a basic smugmug gallery, but no one has ever complained of problems other than the very few times the site has gone down. I don't worry about that because that happens to them all and some are much, much worse! If you decide to change I wouldn't go with imagestation or pbase. Way too many problems there.
Oh and your site loaded fine for me.

Even cookies shouldn't be an issue with just basic viewing. Cookies only come into play for things like entering passworded galleries or ordering prints.
I wonder if he isn't using some content control software like ZoneAlarm or something. A few of those have given intermittent problems in the past... with no apparent rhyme or reason.
Either way, if you have him contact us... we can probably get it figured out!
The two issues that seem to come up most often are:
- Ordering prints doesn't work. They order and the prints don't come.
- They don't figure out that some galleries have more than one page.
I'm pretty sure that 1. is a user interface issue just like 2. People go through the odering process and then don't know that they have to complete it by clicking on some final button. Both of these issues should have simple solutions, but I'm not very good at usability myself. I would never have guessed that these would be issues, but people (including me) always find ways not to get it. Once we find particular ways that are especially common, we should try to address them.
It is our top priority right now, and should be good stuff.
We are still kicking around ideas to make it more obvious that there are several pages to a gallery, without making it intrusive and ugly.
BTW, I've never had a problem with smugmug. Very happy.

Using a different computer shouldn't be a problem for most friends, esp here in Korea, where there are more internet cafes than public bathrooms....
I enjoy smugmug too much to switch to anything else, and next time someone complains, I'll have them mail help@smugmug.com.
I tried it on 3 different computers here at work, and the page loaded just fine on all 3. On an entirely unrelated note, I was in Japan the same weekend you were, but I was in Tokyo and Kyoto. I put up 2 galleries at http://dach.smugmug.com (shameless plug!) I like your pix, but I wish you had captions on some of them so I knew what I was looking at.
