Grand Central Phone Service Invite?

Does anyone have an invite to use Grand Central's phone service? I have signed up but never received an invite. I am hoping there are some users out there that might have one.
I am looking for a service where I can get a local number, that can forward to my phone or voicemail. I believe Grand Central has a blacklist and the ability to block numbers. I have a phone line that gets a lot of telemarketing calls, most are automated, so I can't stop them. I want to try their service to see if it cuts that number down.

That's not helping.
Does anyone know of any other online services that offer a similar service?
local number
voicemail
blacklist
free or inexpensive?
1) client pc-installed app that can manage dialing calls from your GC number for VOIP calls as well as fwd to phone calls
2) customizable rules for GC number forwarding. for instance, i don't want any calls fwded between 10PM and 8AM; right now i'd have to manually disable this everyday if i really wanted to avoid getting calls.
3) definitive pricing when the product goes gold. the number and basic voicemail service will likely remain free once it's out of beta but i'm really curious to see how much the options will cost once it's in final release.
4) initiate calls from your GC number through calling that or another special number.
when i looked into other services in the past i found them to all be fairly expensive for what you get. wildfire, evoicereceptionist, ringcentral, are services that seems pretty robust; close to GC but with a few different features. the're all pricey though.
