RSS Feeds Question

I put an RSS feed on one of my other websites and it continues to display one of the very first "hits", then it displays more recent photos (I simply chose to list any most recent photo).

I'm wondering if it's me or them? (Be nice now...!)

This is the line that goes into the RSS widget at the website:
