Last month I was invited by my boss to attend an international conference in Munich, Germany. I had two days to visit the city and capture a few shots. For those that have never been to Germany, it's a photographers dream. Here are a few shots from around town.
I stayed in a small town called Freising. It's located about 30-minutes from Munich. This is the town square.
This is the famous Marienplatz located in downtown Munich. There are lots of shops and interesting places to see around the square.
St. Peter's Church
One of the many garden's around town.
I was surprised to see surfers on a river in town.
A shot from Olympia tower of downtown Munich. You can see the Alps in the background. (Not the best photo).
Olympia Tower
Being a BMW fan, I had to visit BMW Welt (World).
Any trip to Germany would not be complete without visiting a beer garden. This is the famous Hofbrauhaus.
It was a great trip, but I needed a lot more time. There are many famous castles to visit my next trip.

SO i acan easily see how 2 days can only whet your appetite so to speak.
I figure the only way to see a country properly is to move there.
Audi? Why buy an imitation when you can have the real thing? Actually, Audi's are very nice cars. The wife was not too fond of them though.
Art, I think your correct. Moving there would afford you the time necessary to capture the country in detail. I only had time to take some touristy type shots.
