I kinda like the image. The wrinkles might be a bit much, but the processing otherwise is pretty good for me. Is the guy facing off against a storm?

Could you please tell me more about what you did (both taking the photo and PP.)

Thanks for posting!

I can already hear the movie trailer announcer guy
In a world
Scarred by war

One man stands alone
against the elements

His family already dead
he now must contend with

the zombie horde

I'm not sure whether or not take that seriously mmroden eek7.gif! It was funny though. But, I really like your use of textures and/or brushes here to destroy the image a bit. This works for me!clap.gif

That's what I was thinking!

I like the shot and post processing. <img src="https://us.v-cdn.net/6029383/emoji/thumb.gif" border="0" alt="" >

I was also thinking this. In some ways, the image is a let down, as there is only this tree the man is facing and not a zombie horde!

Wow, that's got a real 300 feel. I would like to see it without the wrinkles, but I'd also like a clue as to how you get that 300 dystopian look. I love it!

;-)
On most of my shots I use one couloured startimage, duplicate it and use the Channel mixer "monochrome" function to turn the shot B&W. Then I use either overlay, Darken or Multiply on that layer (It doesnt work on all shots but you have to try a bit) other than that I added a structure to get the lines to the shot..hope this helps a bit...

That does, THANK YOU. That is an amazing yet apparently simple effect. I love your work!
