I just got an LG Dare from Verizon.
When I attempt to upload files to Smugmug, and to one other site, I encountered this problem:
On Smugmug, the uploader that got closest to working was the one that opens with 5 lines to enter file locations, and has a "browse" button to the right of the window.
Only instead of "Browse" it just shows "..."
I played around with the phone's browser settings as to whether it shows Java Script. I seem to get more buttons when I don't allow it, but I also seem to lose some functionality elsewhere.
Any thoughts?

It has an html browser.
I can access the site, and get pretty good functionality.
