Copy gallery image captions to keywords - how?

While I've been captioning all my images in Lightroom prior to uploading, I have not been keywording them...

Searching on smugmug will work by keywords but not by captions...

So...

How can I easily copy the captions from a gallery into the keywords for each image? I imagine the api allows this, but I didn't want to program it by myself.

You can use "edit caption/keyword bulk" under the photo tools menu. At
least you see all the gallery photos on one page and can copy caption
and paste in keyword box. Kinda of repetitive though going down through
every photo. Or if all the same use the bulk add at the top.

Thanks, but not really feasible (as least not desirable) with 400-800 images in 10-20 galleries.

I've whipped up a script to use the API, wasn't too hard actually.
