I know I failed with my previous attempt an shoes, so I took some more shots today:

    I like #2 very much, including the processing--
    Only thing I don't know about is the title.

    i like #3 a lot. i think the background image adds interest. i like the close up crop too, but maybe you could include more of one of the shoes. maybe even just one whole shoe with the bg image cropped? was this in a store? were there other interesting shoes/images that you could experiment with?
    the effect here is very interesting!

    I really like #2! I would simplify the name to something like 'italian sweets' or 'italian danties' or something to that effect.

    I know that one is a nice shot, but not more than this... I'm trying to find something more creative,
