I am still trying to get through over 1,000 photos from AirVenture, but I've managed to upload a few.

My long-lens-panning techique needs some work so I wasn't able to get the prop-blur I would have liked, but with some practice I will get there.

You got some good stuff here, Brad. I love the nose shot of the P-38. Looking for more from you.

I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

Very nice and the first shot would look great as a 5 ft. blow-up!

I'll get back up there someday...

    Thanks everyone!

That P-38 image just sort of turned out that way. I had no vision of it in my head, I was simply trying to make something of a what I thought was a flat lifeless image by applying various presets in LR3. I guess it worked. :D

Here's a few more, critisism always welcome. I'll post a link to the gallery once they are all uploaded.

Very nice shots in the gallery. bowdown.gif

I must have been sitting within 20 feet of you or so a couple of those days as we have many of the same shots.

    Thanks!

I hope you're not the guy I smacked in the head while panning my telephoto lens. :D

I've said the same thing when looking at other's photos.. "That photo looks just like mine!" For many of the shots, I was up on the tower/platform just to the left of show center.
