These are terrific shots, Phil! thumb.gif

What software did you use for stacking? I'm in the free trial period for Zerene Stacker and, so far, I think it does a very good job.

Yeah, the only thing I don't like about it, so far, is the huge difference in price between the Personal and Professional licenses. It's $89 USD for a Personal license, but $289 USD for a Professional license.

Personal Edition is for hobbyists and their families. It’s for people who use Zerene Stacker for satisfaction, not money.
I think it's kind of lame. There are no extra features (as far as I know) in the Pro edition, and how could they possibly know whether or not I'm selling photos made with a Personal edition?

The pro edition subsidises the much lower price of the personal edition making it affordable for hobbyists.

You would be amazed at how many image editors add a unique "digital signature" to the output images, just so the software manufacturers can track usage. Sometimes some text is added to the EXIF and Makernote areas of the file too.

Some of these digital signatures are strong enough that they will persist even through Xerographic/optical copying.

Absolutely gorgeous images Phil. I love the texture contrast between subject and background. I agree with Brian that #2 is a favorite.
