Smugmug + Blog question.

Hello fellow smuggers. I have a question in terms of presentation of my site that has been bugging me and I haven't found an answer so I'm here to see if anyone can help me out and just point me in the direction I need to go.

So I have my main site: www.simplyphotostudio.com and I have my blog blog.simplyphotostudio.com and I really don't enjoy that design.

Is there a way to have your link still pointed to smugmug yet not have to use the subdomain thingy?

Basically can I have my site still be www.simplyphtostudio.com and my blog still be a wordpress site but the address physically be www.simplyphotostudio.com/blog???

Let me know if this is possible and point me in the direction so I can start making this happen before I launch my full blog on the world.

Chris,

I am afraid that the domain would need to be blog.simplyphtostudio.com Its not possible to point folders (example.com/blog) at other sites. Using the subdomain method, it will work, that is what they are designed for.

I just created a test-blog page and added a feed from my Wordpress site, and it works: http://mike.imagesinthebackcountry.com/Blog. Here is the my actual blog: http://www.imagesinthebackcountry.com/blog/.

So you can create a page to do what you're hoping to do. As you can see from my two links above, there is a big difference though.

Like Doc mentioned, the best way to do a blog is to use a sub-domain. My Smugmug site is actually a sub-domain and my main site and blog are the domain. I have just enough HTML/CSS to be dangerous, so I was able to match my SM and Wordpress sites.
