Restore Site

I was told by a Smugmug Support Hero that my site could not be restored. This is mind boggling to me.

For some reason my site is a mess after deleting an empty gallery today. The Support Hero did something, and my site is now more of a mess. Empty galleries appear on my home page.

Is it correct that Smugmug has no way to restore my site to a couple of days ago??
