    I like this! The only distraction is the lightbulb, but there's not much you can do. Nice processing too.

    Try cropping it out by keeping the aspect ratio and taking off from the top and the left. Clocks will be closer and the guy in the background will be more noticed.

    Actually, I like this image very much just how it is.

    All in all I think that this image tells a very nice visual story. Sure, the eye bounces around for a bit, first at the bare bulb and then to the dark regions of the display board to the left and the dark shirt, but then the human face and hands become apparent creating a small "surprise".

    By all means do the suggested crop, but I bet it just makes a different statement and, therefore, a different type of image, without diminishing the value of this image as it is.
