Keywords missing

Is there a problem going on w/ keywords not showing? I'm a new SmugMug user. I drag & drop photos from Finder to my SM galleries after exporting from LR (including metadata). Last week, all my LR keywords showed up on the images I dropped into my SM gallery. Today they are gone. AND..when I go back and look at those I loaded last week the keywords are gone. Is there something flaky today? Or did I inadvertently change something?

    Keywords that were embedded into the photos or added once on SmugMug should always be remembered. Would you be able to send me a link to your site (either as a reply here or send me a private message) and we can dig deeper?
