Mobile Menu Customization

Hello, my website is https://www.dipanjanpal.com/, and I have a question for the hamburger menu customization -

Once someone clicks on the hamburger in their mobile, it opens all the menu items. However, at the same time, I want the shape of the hamburger to change into a cross (Check beiter.dk for example) so that my viewer knows where to click to close the menu.
Secondly, is it possible that whenever the menu box opens (in mobile), if anyone clicks anywhere outside of the menu box, it will close automatically? If yes, how?

You will need to use the custom menu I provided earlier if you want that.
