Can you pause an order?

A friend just ordered some pics from my site and so I took a look at her order. I don't think she realized that the crops are off (people's heads will be missing) and I was wondering if it is possible to pause her order (either on her end or mine) to fix this. Any advice?

We can only cancel it. Then reorder. Give us the order # and we'll try to cancel it, pls hurry - send to our help desk, thanks!
