Great shot!!! Was, this during a show, or set up just for a photo session?

Thanks Eddie....set up as a photo session....something I've always wanted to do with harsh lighting. Entered it in the final of LPS.....go figure...it bombed big time.

I liked it.... but there were sooo many amazing images that round. It was nearly one of those "eanie meanie miney moe" moments. (Though I did have a favorite!)

I didn't realize it was a SP! You did a great job on that "expressive" look. Really nice! Did you use a timer or a remote or a remote timer? rolleyes1.gif (That is how I did mine...)

One other note: did you notice that you have the same exact expression in this photo as your grandson does in your avitar? How funny! Must be related or something.

Jeff, I just love this. I saw it on your website and I was stunned. Being a musician and photographer also, it definitely fits.

Thanks Eva. I decided what I wanted to do. I then spent about 30 exposures trying to get the angles right for the flash and reflection. I take my hat off to those of you who can produce imaginative SP's consistantly. It ain't as easy as it looks.

I remember seeing a self portrait a while back, of a guy, I cant quite remember, but seemed like it was framed or he was standing in front of a mirrored frame??

I'd like to see that again.
    Thanks

@mick, I actually got this shirt from Old Navy a few years ago. People always ask if I spilled paint on it or a bird got me! rolleyes1.gif

    Hey! Post Yourself!
Have you taken a recent Bio pic? A pic of yourself? Since we take a lot of pics of other people lets post some self-portraits!

Here's a recent one of me:
    338981830_b7LwW-L.jpg

This was shot at an Austin nightclub that had full mirror walls in the private restrooms. The mirrors here had a lot of graffiti on it. I normally don't frown but felt this expression was good for this pic.

    Cheers,
    David
