Invalid Certificate

Hi, I am new to this! I have a point and shoot: SD870...

When I try to use the feature that allows you to select your pictures directly from Photoshop 5, I get the following message:

The certificate for "UTN-USERFirst-Hardware" is signed by the unknown Certificate Authority "AddTrust External CA Root". It is not possible to verify that this is a valid certificate.

Why? I don't like to accept certificates unless I know it is valid...

very strange, it's not from us :( Can you try uploading from the Simple Uploader and let us know if you are successful?

I have used the simple uploader, but it takes too long to select all the photos that I want to upload...

Thanks for any help you can give...

So we did install a new cert last night, it should be fixed now though. Can you close, reopen your browser, trying again?
