Batanes Island, Philippines

The Batanes Islands are the northernmost islands of the Philippines. They comprise the Province of Batanes.

They are located between the Babuyan Island (belonging to Cagayan Province) and Taiwan. The islands are sparsely populated and subject to frequent typhoons.

Just sharing some of the images I took off the place.

    this is how rough the sea was when you go from one island to another.

    yes, it was the longest 20min of my life.

    Batanes has one of the friendliest folks that you could met.

    Makes the life a photographer a little bit easier.
