I prefer open air ride on top of truck.

Well this series of images were shot when i was returning from a fort in Cholistan desert. I have posted 1 or 2 in that series as well.

The day was ending and i had no option but to hang on this mini truck and it was really hard for me ! i never did that in my whole life. My hands were slipping while truck was cutting through wind and dust in speed, looking at my situation one of the locals offered me to sit in his place and yes it was right on top of driver but open air. I took my camera out and start clicking enjoyed a lot there.

cool series!! so that is you in beard and glasses?

it seems that out side of the u.s. that hitching rides is the norm.....i watched a guy ride on top of a station wagon in Czech Republic .... hanging on to the window gutters as he laid on top the roof....the car was full of mom, dad, kids and dogs....guess the free ride on roof was better than walking
