Re: Problem uploading using Python code
One of my users is still having issues, still only with the replace case. If he replaces 10 images it seems fine but if he tries to replace 15 or so it fails. Right now I don't see anything wrong with the plugin, the issue appears to be specific to one user, he has no problems with uplad only when replacing. The debug log… -
Re: Set Featured Gallery page goofed up?
I can replicate the problem. It is a problem with the code you have in your albumDescription. It gets truncated, and right at a point that it leaves an open tag. Try removing all the code first, and see that it makes a difference. Then, see if you can move some tags around so it doesn't b0rk it anymore. As a backup, I have… -
Re: Onsite and online Event Pic marketing.
Ok, my 2 cents here... As you know Glort, I take onsite orders (not printing onsite just yet... working on it.) and offer images online. I just finished my first event of the season last night and I am currently uploading all the photos to the website now. I had a set amount of orders that I wanted to reach and I fell just… -

Re: Should I be hiding my camera??
I am a former press photog and have worked around the world. For nearly everday, over the course of 15 years, I walk around with expensive cameras and a bag full of goodies and never have I been threatened by a robber and never had anything stolen. I've seen too many stories and people who don't/won't buy a "white" lens… -
Re: Anyboby Have Fusion Confusion?
Ok since no one has responded...I'll bite. 1. Saw the video, get the concept. No, I'm not upselling to a high profile clientele, I'd estimate that less that 50% of my clients even own an HDTV (nor do I). I'd estimate that even less 15-20% have an iphone or video ipod. 2. None really I don't think anyone in my area is… -
Re: Should we feel sorry for this guy??
The thing is it not just the "stock" photographer that is getting hurt.....it is also the wedding and portrait photog.......this has hurt the wedding business here in my town considerably with all the cracz and european softeware available (PSCS3 for under 100.00 full retail with license and key from ex soviet bloc… -
Re: Perfect pictures. Do they exist?
I am one of the new dgriners and I am definitely an amateur. Participating in the challenges has led to my learning a tremendous amount both about my camera and about how to make my photos better. For the last challenge I was living in a rental apartment in Paris and, given my schedule, had to make do with a darkened… -
Re: Looking for a good Macro Lens for D90
Just because a lens states it is macro does not mean it is true macro and nikon is squirrely for calling their macro lenses Micro, which is something totlally different....any way not trying to confuse you..but A lot of "macro: lenses are only really very close up lenses and do not reproduce a 1 to 1 (1:1) image (true… -
