Re: Coyote Surprise
Thanks for taking the time to comment Pathfinder. These young Golf Course Marauders were sporting their 113 degree summer weather coats. The image in #3, I was trying to stalk him and he knew I was there. He picked up the branch and started displaying. I was trying to hide behind a hill, raise slightly up to get the shot… -
Re: vote for challenge 39 winner
Not yet! Quite interesting to see the vote results of the last 10 challenges. I thought we had a peek with last times 117, but the turnout of Ch32 was even higher. Ch38: 117 (one) Ch37: 97 (patterns+repetition) Ch36: 89 (lit by flashlight) Ch35: 89 (the seven deadly sins) Ch34: 113 (minimalism) Ch33: ? (emotions) Ch32: 118… -
Re: photos for sale no camera required!
Really? 100% of the working professional photographers that I personally know make their living (myself and those working with me included) doing the job, not on their print sales. I have heard a thousand times how amateurs or those giving away their work is hurting the world of photography, yet I don't see the proof.… -

I really wanted to do this for quite some time, and this week one nice post by Vanquiz in GoFigure finally triggered my decision to go for it. The challenge is to create a composite of two images, the background one being a zoomed-in (enlarged and cropped) version of the same or related image as the foreground one, as if… -
Re: >> vote for challenge 35 winner <<
Joe B, I think the whole problem we encountered this challenge was the difficullty everyone had coming up with shots worthy of entering. Looking back on previous challenges I found; Challenge 35 59 votes 18 entries 3.2 votes per entry Challenge 34 113 votes 60 entries 1.9 votes per entry Challenge 33 96 votes 52 entries… -

Re: Are you a RAW shooter.
Photoshop CS6 (if that's the version user "DKellyC" has) does indeed come with ACR (Adobe Camera RAW converter), and that version ACR can be updated to read digital cameras' RAW files as recent as: Canon EOS 7D Mark II Canon PowerShot G7 X Canon PowerShot SX60 HS Casio EX-100PRO Fujifilm X30 Fujifilm X100T Fujifilm X-T1… -
