Re: Add/uploaded photos not appearing
Andy, I have to chime in on this topic as recently I'm experiencing similar difficulties. When doing batches with S*E roughly a 1/10 of pictures does not make it - S*E detects them and I've to reupload them. I can even deliver you exact times (all GMT+1) - all of these images failed in my last 2 batches (it even happens on… -

Re: Steal their ideas...
Delayed Proofing ... It's not as good as I thought... One thing I only just recently discovered about SM's delayed proofing.... You can only sell an image as big as the one you've uploaded! In other words, let's say I'm covering "sporting events' (I do, and I use photoreflect for that). When shooting a sporting event, I am… -
Re: What to look for in a monitor
Works good for me on my 21" widescreen. Most of these stated ratios are stretching of the truth. S-PVA panels in particular have the highest stated contrast ratios but one of the comments by users is that some panels seem to "crush" the blacks. I would agree with that as a user of a Samsung 215TW S-PVA monitor. It is a… -
Re: Saturdays Wedding (getting ready shots)

Re: Requesting Input on Upsizing Software
Pathfinder, I have read the Epson’s are designed for 360, or 720, and I believe the printer will up-res the file to meet that criteria, so the info I have been given is to up-res in PS, or third party software, rather than let the printer do it. The ipf5000 definitely benefits from getting a 600ppi file. I was surprised to… -
