I'm not sure what your question is. But if you want to start a forum, you will need forum software, a place to host it and so on. Is that your question?

Here on Dgrin .. there are separate forums or groups (not sure of the specific terminology used here) like under Shots > there is Challenges, Weddings, Journals ... etc. I'd like to know if there is a procedure for applying to add a new forum or group under Shots, or is there a limit to how many there can be? I am interested in doing that here.

You're free to make a suggestion as to what new forum you'd like to see and we'll take it under consideration. This is no guarantee that one will be created tho.
