While it may look like self horn tooting, this thread might qualify for hall of fame status:http://www.dgrin.com/smugmug-support/24847-2-terabyte-question.html
(Or at least hall of omfgsmr.)
Please move this post: http://www.dgrin.com/showpost.php?p=226426&postcount=18 to this thread:http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=25509 Thanks.
Please move the discussion of real audio out of the Weegee thread where it is disctracting and irrelevant. Thanks.
I posted about needing a kit lens here. I found one and changed (or so I thought) the post to indicate such through the Advanced editing button. However, the post title on the main forum didn't change, only the subject within the specific post. Did I miss something?
When I login in to dgrin, I'm given the "test style" view.
How many newbies are driven away in horror, eyeballs burning, before they discover they can change their view?
Perhaps the default view ought to be changed to, ahem, "default"? Or, for the cognescenti, to "white"?
Sorry Waxy - it's been at "default" forever. .
Not when I lose my cookie and have to log-in anew.
are you choosing white from the bottom of the page or your control panel? I would think if it is from the control panel it might stick even if you logout or use another machine.
That was it. For some reason it was set to the correct, "test" style. Thanks, Patrick.
There have been a lot of landscapes posted in the Nature/Wildlife forum lately, which if I'm correct would better to post in the Field and Street Forum. Not that I mind looking at the lovely shots that are posted, but since the Wildlife forum is the busiest forum some threads disappear to the next page very quickly.
Perhaps if the Field/Street forum name had Landscapes added to it?
Just a thought.
Maybe old man Harry ought to do his job :toni
I think you have him out manned in the Canon vs Nikon diversionary skirmish.
Nah, this is child's play. I worked in the Goldwater and the McGovern campaigns in those I was outnumbered.
