Road Trip

My wife and I tossed some gear into the van, and headed south on U.S. 395 Traveling through Washington and Oregon during the night, we found ourselves in the eastern Sierra Nevada's of California.

During the day we kept tracking amazing Lenticular cloud formations as we traveled south.

Approaching Mono Lake we were still tracking the clouds.

Next stop, Alabama Hills

Hello everyone - I made a trip to Kanarra Falls near Zion National Park. I had heard about these falls for a while, but never bothered visiting during my numerous trips to Zion National Park in the past. They are really worth checking out, especially the Upper Falls (the lower get all the attention). I went early morning and had the whole place to myself - I stayed on until the light was where I wanted it to be. Was superb.
